About the Course
Most of us move through life reacting to circumstances without fully understanding the role our own thinking plays in shaping our experience. This six-week series offers a thoughtful introduction to developing greater clarity of mind, inner steadiness, and deeper self-awareness.
Through reflection, discussion, and simple mental practices, participants gain a first experience of the principles that guide the program. For many, these sessions become the beginning of a deeper path of study, and those who wish to continue may enter the full 28 -lesson program.
