This program is a journey into self-awareness, mindful practices, and spiritual growth - designed to empower you with practical tools and techniques to build resilience, improve self-esteem, and navigate life's challenges with grace and confidence. This is the study of the science of well being. The classes consists of 25 lessons with classes meeting once weekly every Wednesday from 7:00pm - 9:30pm. We will help you create a personal growth plan you implement throughout the course. First Step: First Class is Free! Mastery of Consciousness — Introductory Experience Your journey begins with a FREE introductory class designed to give you a clear overview of the principles and practices behind the Mastery of Consciousness program. In this session, you’ll explore how to cultivate a disciplined mind, develop emotional steadiness, and create a more balanced inner life—all essential foundations for lasting personal well-being. From there, you can choose the path that fits you best. You may continue with a six-week introductory course, a welcoming and accessible entry point for those ready to begin exploring their inner life more intentionally. Through guided reflection, meaningful discussion, and practical mental exercises, you’ll begin applying these principles in your everyday life. Cost is $180.00 - $30.00 per class for 6 classes. For many, these first sessions spark something deeper. Those who feel called to continue can move into the full 25-lesson program, offering a more immersive and transformative journey of sustained personal growth. Cost: $20.00 per class session.
