This six-week introductory course provides a welcoming entry point for those interested in exploring the development of their inner life. Through reflection, discussion, and practical mental exercises, participants gain a glimpse of the principles that guide the program and begin applying them in everyday life.
 Many find that these first sessions open the door to a deeper path of study, and those who feel called to continue may enter the full 25-lesson course for a more sustained and transformative experience. You will build a personal growth plan tailored to what you most desire to change in your life. Each class is $30.00 per session for a total of $180.00.
